In consideration of accepting this registration, I, the participant, intend to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claim for damages or injuries that I may have against Jennifer Wheeler Co./MNDSHFT Health, sponsors and their representatives, for any and all injuries or damages to me or my personal property, before, during or after the retreat. This includes but is not limited to injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at resort, ground transportation, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellations of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related issues. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image. I certify that I am physically active, in good health, and well for the completion of this retreat and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this registration, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years of age) having read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.

The retreat payment amount is nonrefundable.

If Jennifer Wheeler Co./MNDSHFT Health must cancel the retreat due to illness, death, or extenuating circumstances, 100% of the money paid to Jennifer Wheeler Co./MNDSHFT Health will be fully refunded within 30 days of the retreat cancellation. Jennifer Wheeler Co./MNDSHFT Health is not responsible for guest costs & expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions I acknowledge that I have answered all questions honestly and that I have read and understand the Jennifer Wheeler Co./MNDSHFT Health Retreat payment, refund & cancellation policy.
